2021-03 Breakfast Run to Mortels Cafe
A Breakfast Run was held on Saturday March 13th to Mortel’s Cafe at Thornton. Veteran and vintage vehicles were especially invited as were more modern historics. Members met at Bakers Cottage at 9:00 am for a short rural drive arriving at Mortel’s by 10:00 am. This run featured a Buick invasion with three of the great American marque attending.- Buick's as far as the eye can see! Jim's 1950 Buick, Darryl and Ann's 1929 Buick and Anne-Maree's 1924 Buick.
- The Buick invasion! Anne-Maree with her 1924, Darryl and Ann with their 1929 and Jim with his 1950.
- In support were Jill and Graeme in their XY Ford Fairmont.
- Fine British cars were well-represented by Kevin's Vanguard.
- Fine French cars were not to be outdone, as can be seen with Gordon's 1955 Citroen Light 1500.
- Jim, Graeme, Jill, Robyn, Bill, Anne-Maree, Gordon, Ann, Darryl and Kevin at breakfast.
- Gordon, Ann, Darryl, Kevin, Jim, Graeme, Jill, Robyn, Bill and Anne-Maree enjoying breakfast in The Shed.
- Anne-Maree, Ian, Gordon and Ann are happy with their breakfast and the company of like-minded people.
