2020-02 Bathurst 12 Hour 2020
MCMA has been attending the Bathurst 12 Hour for over a decade, especially since the adoption of the European GT3 format since 2013. Five members attending were Doug, Cheryl, Tony, Gordon and Ian. We have a permanent booking of a two storey terrace in the CBD. This year's race was fabulous (as usual), despite the heat and dust. After 12 hours and on the same lap, first was a Bentley, second a McLaren and third a Mercedes Benz.

Ian enjoying the company of the John Goss Jaguar XJS, the 1985 Bathurst 1000 winner. This car is the holder of the Conrod Straight top speed record (pre-Chase) of over 190 mph.
